We Work All Over the Valley, and Every Slab Is a Little Different
Most weeks you’ll find our crew doing concrete polishing in Salt Lake City, but we drive to jobs all over the county. A West Valley warehouse floor has forklifts on it all day. A garage in Sandy gets salt and slush dripping off a truck half the year, and a Draper pool deck sits in full sun most of July. So we come out and look at the concrete first. Then we tell you what we’d do with it.

Salt Lake City, UT
This is where we’re based. Plenty of our jobs here are warehouses and shops, and then there are the older houses where the garage slab has forty years of oil soaked into it. Grinding takes most of that out, and after polishing and sealing the floor cleans up with a mop.

Park City, UT
Garages up at 7,000 feet sit in slush and deicer for a good part of the year. Bare concrete flakes under that, but an epoxy floor coating on a slab we’ve ground first holds up fine. Hot tub decks and pool surrounds get a waterproof finish, and we polish interior floors in homes and in shops along Main Street.

Ogden, UT
The trailer we pull to Ogden is loaded the same way it is for a Salt Lake job. Shop floors and equipment bays there get concrete coatings thick enough for steel wheels and the odd hydraulic leak. Driveways and patios get sealed in the fall, before the first real freeze. If a floor dips or a patio has seen better days, we can level it or overlay it and skip the tear-out.

Provo, UT
Utah County hasn’t slowed down, and plenty of new homes and offices still have the bare slab they were poured with. In Provo we polish offices and the common areas in student housing, coat garages in new subdivisions, put overlays on cracked patios, and waterproof pool decks in spring. For a bigger remodel, our crew can run it start to finish.
FAQs
Much better than bare concrete will, as long as the prep is right. That’s why we grind the slab first. A coating rolled over unprepped concrete tends to peel, usually right where your tires sit.
If there’s a charge, you’ll see it on the written estimate before we start.
Polished concrete can usually take foot traffic the same day. Coatings need to cure before a car goes on them, and how long depends on the product and the temperature, so we’ll give you the exact window at the estimate.
Yes. Some weeks it’s a single car garage and a pool deck, other weeks a warehouse, a retail floor or a gym.
We connect expertise across services, markets, and geographies to deliver transformative outcomes. Worldwide, we design, build, finance, operate and manage projects and programs that unlock opportunities.
Why Choose Us
The best way to judge us is to look at the ones we’ve already finished around the valley.
We always come out first
Photos don’t show cracks, moisture or old sealer. We provide fixed quotes only after we’ve seen the slab in person.
We don’t skip the grinding
When a coating fails, it’s almost always the prep underneath. Repairs and grinding happen before anything gets poured.
Picked for Salt Lake winters
A garage that takes freeze-thaw and salt needs a different system than an indoor shop floor, and we’ll tell you which one fits yours.
